Our customer services team will call you within 4 working hours to set up your direct debit agreement.
Your final policy documentation will be emailed to you once the direct debit is confirmed. Please keep this safe should you need to refer to it.
The policy forms the basis of the contract between you and the insurers, so please check the details to ensure the policy meets your requirements. Should you have any questions, please let us know.
It is a condition of your policy that your pet has an annual health check. If you cannot comply with this condition, we may decline your claim.
